Teens and Adults Taekwon-Do (Ages 13+)

With all that’s going on in the world right now we’ve gone virtual!

Right now we are offering 2-WEEKS FREE online OR in-person classes to anyone in the Greater Vernon area.

Training in Taekwon-Do involves:

  • Cardiovascular and flexibility exercises
  • Toning and strengthening of muscles
  • Enhanced conditioning, agility, coordination and grace
  • Increases endurance, lowers heart rate, aid in weight reduction
  • Provide a means of self-defense
  • Help release stress and tension

Offers students the opportunity to participate in a sport controlled environment and helps individuals to become better physically conditioned as well as achieve goals never dreamed possible.
