Martial Arts program for children (Ages 7 to 12)

Our children’s program is one of our strongest. Taekwon-Do is taught is a structured but fun environments where the student works with his or her peers to obtain goals set by the program. All students in this program receive an official Sundance Taekwon-Do Academy student manual.

Our program helps children in several ways: Teaches children to focus and concentrate, which improves their school grades Better co-ordination, balance and agility that will help them in other activities Self confidence that will help them make the right decisions Self discipline by directing your child’s energy into positive actions Personal attention enabling your child to progress at a steady rate Structured programs that give your child reachable goals
