Congratulations to Mr. Peter McGowan on his promotion last night to 2nd degree black belt. We are very proud of him for this monumental achievement.
A special thank you to Master Barker for taking some time to work with us on sparring drills and making us sweat last night. It is always a pleasure to learn from such a diverse and experienced teacher.
