Sundance Martial Arts was founded in 2004 (originally called Sundance Taekwon-Do) by instructor David White with the purpose of providing high quality martial arts instruction in the art of Taekwon-Do. Classes are held at 2905A, 43rd Ave. in Vernon and 1920 D Kent Rd. in Kelowna.

We are dedicated to creating a fun, safe and family oriented environment where our members can work towrd achieving excellence. Our structured programs provide students with a goal oriented curriculum and our instructors guide students step by step as they reach toward Black Belt Excellence!

Taekwon-Do techniques are very effective and can be leaned by anyone at any age. We offer several programs that are designed to maximize the member’s potential for reaching their martial arts goals. Our school and instructors are recognized and certified by the International Taekwon-Do Federation to ensure that our instructors have access to the most current and up to date teaching methods.
